Sydney is truly exceeding all expectations, both as a violinist and as a leader in our orchestra and school community. Her musical growth has been remarkable as she approaches each piece with focus, precision, and a genuine passion that elevates not only her own playing but also those around her.

The Norwood Middle School Rising Star is sixth grader, Brody Stacy. Brody arrives at school every morning in a good mood and greets everyone with a smile.

Harlan is a very well-rounded student who has no trouble standing out amongst his peers. Harlan dedicates time and effort into everything he does. Not only does he excel academically, but he is also involved in multiple extracurricular activities.

Norwood Middle School proudly announces Roselynn Creech as the Rising Star for January 2026. As an 8th grader, Rosie demonstrates school pride by treating everyone with respect.

Eloise is a remarkable example of a Norwood student. Eloise has never failed to show up to school ready to learn and with a positive attitude. She is a rising star in and out of the classroom. Eloise demonstrates a maturity beyond her years and willingness to learn that sets her apart.
