As a 7th grader at the middle school, Madden makes it his personal goal to demonstrate all of the school’s pride in the way he treats everyone around him with respect and kindness. As an exceptional honors student, he is a leader and a role model for his peers. In the classroom, Madden consistently exhibits high academic achievement levels and earns high grades, but there is more. Madden participates regularly in class discussions with genuine interest. His infectious energy is uplifting and makes him such a joy in class. Along with his academic efforts, Madden has a tremendous drive to be the best he can be.

Zoey is an incredible student who works hard every day. Her dedication to excellence demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and a genuine desire to learn and grow. By staying on top of her assignments, she shows exceptional organizational skills and self-discipline, setting an example for her peers.

Jayana Hubbard is the October Rising Star. Jayana's ability to adapt to change, high work ethic in the classroom, and inclusivity for peers/adults is the catalyst for this recommendation. Jayana has made a great transition to the 6th grade building with navigating the hallways and being punctual to her classes
