Nolan Simpson is the 6th grade Rising Star for Norwood Middle School.  Nolan is an extremely hard-working student who is a positive role model for other students.  He is a consistent high achiever while still maintaining a fun and confident attitude.  He works very hard to meet his goals and always tries his best in the classroom.  He is kind & respectful to others around him, including students, staff members, and even substitute teachers

Lucy Brown shows Norwood PRIDE in everything she does.  She takes challenges head on and is never afraid to try anything new.  Lucy is caring and hardworking, as an eighth grader, she is motivated to be a leader in orchestra and regularly encourages others to do their best.

We are thrilled to recognize CJ Peters this month.  Over the course of this school year, CJ has shown himself to be an exemplary student, leader and young man. His work ethic, kindness, and willingness to take on a challenge has earned the admiration of his peers and teachers.

Julian Wilson is an outstanding sixth grade student at Norwood Middle School.  He excels both inside and outside of school.  Math and orchestra are his favorite subjects, and he also plays football and soccer

Leilani Gallardo is a hardworking and mature young woman. She demonstrates her desire to do well in eighth grade by asking insightful questions and being conscientious about her assignments. She is always willing to tackle a difficult task and she overcomes obstacles with grit and determination!
